Terms and Conditions:

1. Who can enter:

Only individuals over 18 and only residents of Great Britain, who are not employees of the Sheffield Steelers, ShawMind, Triggerhub, or Utilita Arena.

2. How to enter:

There are 3 different entry options: £1 for 1 entry, £5 for 6 entries, £10 for 15 entries and £20 for 30 entries. You can purchase as many entries as you like. 

3. ShawMind, Reg. No. 1167947 is the Promoter of this prize draw - www.shawmind.org (Crowdfunder is not the promoter)

4. The competition will be open for entries from Monday 2 October 2023 10:00am until Wednesday 25 October 2023 10:00am, with the winners being announced on social media from 10:00am onwards on the 25th. Winners will be contacted by email on that date and informed of their winnings.

5. Prizes:

1st prize: use of the entire VIP Suite for the Steelers v Panthers game on 28th October 2023. The Suite accommodates up to 12 people, and the prize includes food only. A cash bar is available. Meet the Steelers players and photos with the players after the game.

2nd prize: a signed Steelers game-day shirt and signed photo taken with a Steelers player after the game on the 28th October 2023.

3rd prizes: there are 5 prizes to be won, each consisting of 2x Upper Bowl tickets, for the Steelers v Panthers game on 28th October 2023.

6. How winners will be selected and announced:

Winners will be randomly selected from the entries, meaning that those with the most number of entries stand the highest chance to win. There will be 7 draws, starting with the 1st Prize Draw, then the 2nd Prize Draw, then 5x 3rd Prize Draws. Each Prize Winner will only be able to win one prize.

7. How prizes can be claimed, and when these will be delivered:

All winners will be contacted by email and tickets made available by email (for 1st Prize) or at the door (for 3rd Prizes); 2nd Prize Winner will need to be present at the game in order to receive the prize. Winners who do not respond within 48 hours of the initial email being sent, the next winner will be chosen at random and notified via email.

8. Postal entries without the correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be entered into any of the Prize Draws.

9. How we will handle your personal data for the draw:

We need to record and keep your data for a reasonable time in order to process your transaction, enter you into the competition, select winners, and notify you in case you have won. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and will only be stored on this Crowdfunder platform and on our internal systems for the purposes of this competition. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website - shawmind.org.

10. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.

11. By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
