Thanks to local physio Becky Hair, build your strength with access to 4 online functional strength classes. Join in bodyweight or with weights, sessions are suitable for all levels. Classes are held live on Zoom on Mondays 7 - 7.30pm and recordings are shared after if you can't attend live or want to repeat the session. Can be redeemed for a month of your choice. Classes are normally £7 each.
