I stand with you all, as you face down an unsympathetic management who only expect you to do more for less.The London College of Communication,who have contracted these ‘race to the bottom’ companies for many years have looked the other way & washed their hands of making cleaning staff’s lives better,by meaningfully negotiating with Trade Unions to bring,dignity and security that an In-House provision would bring. The importance of Cleaning staff during the Covid Pandemic,is conveniently forgotten.The Trade Union movement will have to lobby MP’s and fight,to end the scourge that Outsourcing brings. Sending solidarity to you all.
